Senior developer with minimum 5 years of experience needed on Sales Technology team. This person must have solid technical background, strong analytical ability, and good communication skills. The primary system supported in this area is our CRM and Blackberry business solutions to support our Institutional and Third Party Sales and internal Clients Service Group.
Principal Responsibilities:
Be a part of the team of 10 people to support the institutional and third party sales channels.
Participate in all phases of project lifecycle with user interface and opportunity to learn product distribution side of the business.
Manage projects and coordinate projects with the CRM Vendor
Learn, design, develop, maintain and support Client Relationship Management (CRM) System used globally, New York, London, Chicago, Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt and Milan.
Support and implement global Blackberry solution with integration points to CRM system.
Partner with Shareholder Services group to develop and maintain Sales Information Management System which tracks sales of products.
Develop reporting tool to report sales information to senior managers.
Optimize current processes and system throughput by applying strategically technical solution.

Requirements:
**MUST HAVE WALL STREET FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE**
Minimum 5 years experience - preferably with development background in Windows Operation System, proficient in Windows development - SQL server and C#, .NET technologies. Understanding of infrastructure and familiarity with ODBC, Citrix server will be helpful.
Good familiarity with the software development life cycle/process management is desired.
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects coordinating tasks and activities with business users globally.
Strong analytical skills, ideally with some production and customer support experience.
Good communication skills a must; interactions with business users including some senior users and managers is a regular part of the job.
Determination to achieve excellence
Preferably someone with investment banking or financial industry background
Experience with automated testing a plus
Prior working knowledge of vendor CRM platform ? SalesLogix a plus
Working knowledge in Unix, Linux, Sybase, Java, JSP, Perl, Scripting (Korn) and Autosys is a plus
