Group Summary: HCM Technology Strategy & Services is responsible for driving HCM's technology related strategy and ensuring we are partnering with IT to implement leading edge technologies to optimize process efficiency; ensuring that all HCM data is compliant with internal and external requirements (including legal, regulatory and compliance); and, delivering best in class HR practices globally.
Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for a wide array of reporting for this area based on the data extracted from our online HR database. The responsibilities will include: - Development of reports using VBA (Access, Excel) - Understand the scope of the project - Gather requirements, analyze and document requirements - Work with various individual to identify solutions - Work with Senior Management to identify next steps for the project - Co-ordinate the solution implementation - Understand the need in data sensitivity and integrity
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant development experience - Strong experience with VBA (Access, Excel 2003) - Well organized, strong analytical/problem solving skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through - Good communication skills - Ability to interact with Senior Management and other team members
Pluses: - Experience in financial industry, particularly within the Human Resources space - Experience with SQL
