Position Description:
? Translates the client's business requirements into systems design. Challenges business design when appropriate. Offers creative alternatives regarding business design. Provides mentoring on best practices and processes
? Supervise, direct and guide a team of software developers and testers. Challenge the team to develop innovative workflows and technologies to increase speed, reliability and quality of production.
? Educates and ensures that team follows processes. Defines and assesses completeness of work.
? Ensures projects are completed on time and according to organizational quality standards.
? Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs.
? Will be responsible to build development platform for the entire organizations by creating detailed documentation of coding standards and framework.
? Set a positive example and lead by demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
? Seasoned individual with 10-15 years IT experience and extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) and proficiency in solution development, deployment and support in a .NET environment.
? Experience developing enterprise level applications.
? Work with Architectural team to design systems.
? Lead a team of 3+ developers, assigning tasks, coding and implement the design.
? Has proven experience in Proofs of Concept, Solution performance engineering
? Has strong problem solving skills and the ability and desire to learn new technologies rapidly
? Knowledge of emerging technologies and products
? Work in deadline driven environment, and respond creatively to pressure
? Has the interpersonal skills to lead other team members and facilitate innovative thinking to solve technology issues
? Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative team environment.
Technical Skill Requirements:
? Expert knowledge of: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Framework, XML and XSL
? Expert knowledge of: Web Services and AJAX, SQL Server 2000/2005
? Competent knowledge of: IIS Administration, Web Farms Setup and Deployment
? Competent knowledge of Source Control System, HTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript
? Working knowledge of Service-based Architecture patterns and such as WPF, WCF
? Nice to have Sybase IQ and Data Warehouse experience.
? Nice to have experience with .NET Application Framework, such as Mere Mortals.NET, StrataFrame.NET
