Reference Number: 1030 Job Description: Prior Business Analyst experience with the product development life cycle is required. Specific experience with private label activity is desirable but not mandatory. Experience with mentoring and knowledge transfer experience is required. Experience in a Product Development environment, either retail or manufacturing. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. While the Product Development department is part of Merchandise, it functions as a manufacturing element, creating product design and technical specifications and developing sourcing resources. Merchandise Systems Service?s experience supporting Product Development?s business needs is limited; we expect the candidate to have the skills to assist in developing MSS?s understanding of the unique business issues and needs of Product Development as it relates to developing business requirements and application development.
