Job Description: Position Summary: ? Act in primary support role for custom enterprise applications ? Act in support role for Windows 2003/2008 environment ? Participate in application/system design on selected projects ? Administer servers, including server build, upgrades, patching and maintenance ? General Microsoft Windows server troubleshooting and performance monitoring ? Maintain user and group permissions on all Windows file systems ? Monitor and maintain Windows Administration team Support Center ticket queue ? Provide third level support to Support Center for problem resolution ? Perform all activities within adherence to current change management policies Qualifications: Job Requirements:
? Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Server 2003 environments ? Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008 and other components such as DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, IIS, ISA, Exchange, OWA ? Knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server/XenServer environments ? Excellent communication and organizational skills ? Solid business and system analysis skills ? Strong troubleshooting skills ? Excellent customer service and phone skills ? Excellent knowledge of the following Microsoft Products: o Windows XP, Windows 2000 o Office 2003, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) o Exchange 2003 Server and Outlook
Experience with the following is not required but an added bonus:
