? Extensive experience with Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, Juniper JUNOS, and ScreenOS operating systems and associated commands.
? Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and theory.
? In depth knowledge of enterprise routing and switching, specifically with Cisco 6500 platform.
? Expert knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, VRRP, VRRPE, STP, HSRP and OSPF routing protocols.
? Experience with multi-site MPLS networks, QoS policy creation, and Riverbed WAN Acceleration technologies.
? Experience with Cisco FWSM, Cisco ASA, Juniper ISG2000, Juniper SA4500, Juniper IDP, and related security appliances.
? Expert knowledge of F5 Big-IP Local Traffic Management platform, including OSPF integration, active/standby configuration, iRule scripting, traffic optimization, and SSL configuration.
? Expert knowledge of core network services, including ISC BIND, ISC DHCPD, Network Information Service, and Sun Java System Directory Server.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical degree. Candidates with certification in Solaris and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux are preferred.
? Minimum 5 years of network administration experience; possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of network management and operations.
