- Supports recruiting and placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
- Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of leadership to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
- Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.

Experience Level:

- Previous experience with full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong relationship building skills with an ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience developing creative sourcing strategies and solutions for challenging recruiting needs.
- Fast learner, able to readily apply knowledge gained in one situation to others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work without direct guidance or direction from others.
