Job Description: - Collect and review all LEA governing documents (Repair Station procedures & manual sections). - Develop evaluation criteria to support a gap analysis between Repair Station governing documents and Global Services system level procedure PW AS-SLP 9.2. - Review previous LEA audit packages and findings. Complete additional LEA package audits as necessary. - Compile and document data in spreadsheet format - Perform gap analysis for the 13 of the clients aftermarket Repair Stations using LEA. - Generate gap findings report and present results. - Develop and publish recommendations for gap closure and timeline. - Review the current GSE audit process and provide recommendations for possible streamlining, improvements and automation of existing GSE LEA audit process.

Requirements: - B.S. Engineering or related equivalent - Turbine Engine R&O Quality Engineering experience - FAA repair station operational knowledge and experience - Familiarity with FAA repair station Operational Specifications and quality plans - Understanding of FAA CFR Part 43 requirements and major/minor repair definitions - Quality Audit functional knowledge - Drug Screen - Background check - US citizen or green card holder
