Job Description: - Under moderate supervision, performs varied tasks of intermediate complexity - Responsible for implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety compliance; including OSHA reporting, program administration, audits, training administration, etc. to meet both internal and external requirements for 250k+ sq ft manufacturing facility - Develops standard work and provides direction and oversight in implementation to ensure compliance with both internal and external program requirements - Provides instruction and direction on EHS principles and tools related to Machine Guarding, LOTO, Ergonomics, PPC, Industrial Hygiene, Hazard Recognition, Waste Handling, Recordkeeping/Reporting, etc - Applies intermediate and some advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area - May adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements functions of the position - Generates standard work documents and implements sustainable processes to ensure compliance

Requirements: - Bachelors? degree or equivalent in safety/environment or engineering, as well as a thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements and their application to plant operations - Must have demonstrated leadership skills, track record of delivering results and an ability to understand and apply the latest EH & S technology and methods - Requires analytical, verbal and written communication skills - Must be self-motivated and have the ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of work - A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, mechanical drawings and/or electrical wiring diagrams and OSHA/EPA regulatory requirements - Strong to exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills - Drug Screen - Background check - US citizen or green card holder
