Job Description:
- Work with F117 Maintenance Manager to collect, document and manipulate F117 program data.
- Provide program status reports and work ACE initiatives including standard work and QCPC.
- Duties will include populating F117 databases daily and reporting status of invoicing, over & above and key depot maintenance metrics.
- Assist with preparing quarterly meeting and other presentation packages.
- Work with maintenance manager further updating and documenting standard work and manage QCPC process.
- In addition, the candidate will administratively support both both of the F117 LPM/PMO manager(s)

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent.
- Candidate is required to have good IT skills including knowledge of the Microsoft access, word and excel.
- The candidate must be able to work with limited direction in a fast paced business environment.
- In addition, possess good communication sills and work well with team members and customers.
