Job Description: - Building an understanding of current business systems and how they interact with one another. - Understand complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Managing projects to ensure a quality product is produced on-time, within budget and per requirements. - Consulting with internal and external customers (United States Air Force, commercial airlines, foreign military Air Forces, and overhaul shops) to understand and identify software requirements. - Testing software functionality and design concepts as compared to requirements users, feasibility of change and implementation/sustainment costs. - Documents design requirements, software help files, training material, test reports and standard work for software process. - Consulting with third party vendor technical experts understand software specifications and integration into current business needs.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business systems, computing or equivalent engineering/technical discipline is required and 2-4 years experience. - Knowledge of software development process, experience providing help desk type support on Windows platform, experience with active directory, domains, and group policy, experience with and knowledge of basic networking equipment and concepts, must be extremely knowledgeable with markup languages (XML, SGML, HTML) and knowledge in the UNIX environment. - Familiarity with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, military technical orders, commercial ATA compliant publications and S1000D specification is preferred but not required. - Drug screen - Background check - US citizen or Green card holder
