* Will set up Developer?s access to Siebel Tools, coordinate check-in and check-out activities of Siebel Projects on Development Server and support Siebel development activities with respect to configuration,
* scripting and building integration object with other systems. Develops eScript and Java Script, designs/configures integration objects, business services, workflows and VBCs. Will assist with design and prototyping of Siebel applications and with testing and bug fixing.
* Migrate Repository/WFs/Web Templates/Reports/LOVs to various environments thru out Siebel SDLC. Administrator Application security configuration by setting up organizations, divisions, positions, responsibilities and Maintaining Views ? Responsibilities structure in the application.
* Assist and provide guidance to Systems Admin during installation and configurations of Siebel Servers. Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during Siebel SDLC. Develop analytic server meta data, high-level database design, definition of aggregates and definition of overall ETL plans/strategies using Informatica. Assist technical team and work closely Siebel TAM, Siebel Expert Services, other internal ITG groups.

Education and Knowledge Required:
·Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
· Strong data model/Siebel architecture knowledge
· Must have strong understanding of Siebel Application Security structure
· Must have strong technical hands-on knowledge of Siebel Application/Tools
· In depth knowledge of Siebel Analytics data model, Designing Star and Snowflake schemas, Building customized Star schemas
· Very good understanding of Siebel Analytics development best practices and Analytics Architecture· Strong understanding of Business Analytics dashboards
· Configuring report level security, metadata tools, and user interface designs · 4 years experience with Siebel Applications (Call Center, Marketing Campaign, UCM etc.)
· 4 years experience in AIX/DB2 platform
· Siebel eBusiness Applications Certification (7.5 or higher)
· Experience with SQL in a DB2 UDB v8, WINSQL, or IBM command center
· Must have experience in using Siebel Supportweb and Technical Knowledgebase for troubleshooting and researching issues as they come up during Siebel SDLC
· Must have Strong Application Admin experience in Siebel Call Center, Marketing Campaign, Business Analytics
· Experience in application administration on a mixed platform of AIX & Windows and DB2 UDB
· Ability to create ad-hoc queries using WINSQL and IBM Command center. Should be able to create complex queries using inner and outer joins in relation to the Siebel data model
· Ability to assist technical team in (a) Siebel Configuration, (b) Business Services development, (c) Workflow, (d) EIM configuration, (e) Application Visibility Rules (f) LOVs, (g) Web templates etc.· Experience in working very closely Siebel TAM, Siebel Expert Services, other internal ITG groups and troubleshooting different parts of the Siebel system. Experience with network, infrastructure, and client machines in relation to troubleshooting
· Strong configuration experience using Siebel tools, Analytics Dashboards, Answers, metadata tools, ETL tools such as Informatica
· Strong ETL (Informatica) and business analytical skills and the ability to understand business needs for analytical reporting and the ability to translate business needs to a logical dimensional model and production support (data related or deployment/infrastructure related)
· Experience in leading and mentoring technical, creative and business professionals
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exposure to eAI and MQ Series; and Scripting experience in AIX; and Financial Industry Background.
