Job Description: Marcom Project Management Our client, a nationally recognized and respected diversified financial services company, is seeking communications professionals to fill several mid-to-senior level long-term contractor positions supporting merger related, non-marketing client communications for the Wealth Management Marketing Group core businesses, including: Brokerage, Investment Management and Trust and Private Banking.
Responsibilities include executing communications strategy by leading cross-functional teams on regulatory and client service communications efforts. Candidates will be responsible for development and maintenance of project plans, issue logs and agendas and work with business partners, legal and compliance to define communication needs. The Communications Project Manager Consultants will also need to present status updates and PowerPoint presentations to management, collaborate with various business partners to resolve issues, assist in editing and proof reading materials, budget management and any other special projects as assigned.
Qualified candidates must have investment services industry experience, including retail brokerage, investment management, trust and/or private banking. You should also have a track record working with and managing customer communications projects, which would include client service letters and statements. Candidates must be able to work well independently and be able to handle multiple complex projects in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Must have experience with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Budget planning experience desirable. BA/BS Degree or equivalent preferred. Positions are contract only, based in the San Francisco Financial District and will range from 6-12 months in duration.
