MID-LEVEL ADVISORS

The primary focus of our Mid-Level Advisors center their goals around setting appointments for themselves and Senior Advisors.

A large portion of the appointments set may come from leads set via radio programs, marketing platforms, workshop events and referrals.

A number of outbound phone call/dials are required to be made each day. This number will vary depending on the number of leads, recalls, event calls and follow up calls to attendees of our events and workshops that are in the process but should never drop below 50 per day.

Mid-level Advisors are expected to set six appointments between themselves and Senior Advisors An appointment is considered to be qualified when a prospect has a minimum of $50,000 of investable assets.

Within the first two months of joining our firm, all Advisors should have joined and be involved with two networking or community association groups.

Other duties:

Case preparation (this will be trained)
New Accounts docs
Administrative (e.g., data input, mailings)
Client service and communications

Required: Series 7/66 licenses, experience as financial consultant

Salary range: To $48K DOE, plus incentive bonus
