Reference Number: CL-5875-SCMA Job Description: Our client a media publisher, is looking for a Software Configuration Management Analyst Primary Responsibilities Manage the Software Configuration for test and production environments using CVS. Controls the version migration process as each version moves through the development and testing process Records and maintains releases of the developed software. Liaise between the QA team, support team and development team to resolve all release related issues to resolution. Secondary Responsibilities Execution of test plans Validation of corrective actions Reporting test results Bug Reporting Experience Level: 2 Years Requirements: 2 years minimum software configuration management experience using configuration management software e.g. CVS. Good knowledge of configuration management concepts (revision, baseline, branching, release, labeling and promotion). 1 years minimum software quality assurance experience including creation of test plans, test scenarios, multi-browser testing and bug reporting Bachelor of Science in MIS, Business Analysis or Software Quality Assurance Experience with Unix Knowledge and working experience with testing tools and development of test scripts Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Very detail-oriented (complete coverage) Acute awareness of industry trends *Experience with any of JSP, Oracle, PHP, MySQL, Linux, vBulletin, Drupal and Tomcat a plus*

Location: Orlando FL Duration: Contract to Direct Pay Rate: $30-36/hour
