Job Description:
The EMR analyst will provide training and support to multiple clients utilizing the NextGen EMR application. In addition, the analyst will assist in implementation, development and support documentation. The focus of development consists of templates, documents and Crystal reports. The analyst must have great phone skills on all technical levels.

Summary of essential job functions

Be able to effectively apply the following:

· Provide EMR implementation assistance including practice build responsibilities.

· Develop templates and documents of various complexities.

· Develop Crystal reports from customer specifications.

· Create support documentation for helpdesk and end-users.

· Work with end-users in issue identification and be able to provide issue recommendations/resolutions. Provide training/issue explanation in person and over the phone with appropriate technical level that the end-user is comfortable at.

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
Minimum requirements

· Good analytical and problem solving skills.

· Basic knowledge of physician office business processes, workflow, and documents.

· Experience with the SQL language (T-SQL is a plus).

· Basic knowledge of Crystal reports.

· Solid expertise in template and document development.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Desired: Ability to establish priorities effectively.

· Knowledge of physician practice organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
