Job Description:
Work for one of the most respected companies in the field! P.E. preferred, but will take someone who is close to becoming P.E. Must have 5 - 10 years experience. Will be responsible for preparation of construction documents for HVAC and plumbing design of buildings including drawings, specifications and reports. Perform mechanical design assignments with general instruction. Design and assist in the production of documents as needed to meet project schedules, including sizing equipment, ductwork and piping. Reviews mechanical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines. Write/edit mechanical specifications and select mechanical systems and equipment. Supervise work of mechanical technicians and coordinate design of assigned projects with Architectural staff and other engineering disciplines. Participate in construction administration by processing shop drawings, responding to RFI's and performing site visits during the construction phase. Great pay and top benefits.
