Reference Number: 08-129316 Job Description: Like to talk on the phone? Problem solve for one of Omaha's largest financial institutions by contacting customers with delinquent accounts through the use of a predictive dialer. Will work with installment loan accounts, revolving accounts, and lease accounts. Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 1:30p.m.-10:30p.m., Friday 12p.m.-9p.m., and Saturday 8a.m.-4:30p.m. Sundays and Mondays off! Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: *Must be able to understand and adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and communicate professionally with customers at all times. *Customer service experience a must, banking experience preferred.

Location: Omaha NE Duration: 1 - 3 months Pay Rate: $13/hour
