Job Description: Company, over 50 years in global operations, develops, manufactures and markets medical devices and services to improve the quality of life of the users of their products. This global manufacturer of disposable medical devices is expanding, so this new growth opportunity for an experienced successful sales professional with a proven verifiable sales record. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and growing Key Account relationships in the territory. Very important is evidence of creative problem solving and communication with a variety of customers and influencers in the sales process to build a lasting customer basis and loyal relationships.
Achieve territory objectives through selling activities including close involvement with key decision makers, product in-services, evaluations and consistent follow-up and overall support. This person will now sell all product lines offered by the company for their territory.
"Sell to Acute Care Hospitals, Hospital Systems/IDN, DME's and Home Health Agencies. "Promote dealer and distributor growth. "Maintain current, accurate records and communicate information on market trends changes and competitive activity. "Participate in company training programs. "Report back to Regional Manager with reports and progress. "Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned. "Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. "Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in wound care products and technology. "Compensation for this position includes salary $60-75,000, commission, competitive benefits, 401(k), and a car plan, for a total first year compensation to plan of $80- 95,000.

Requirements: *** The company is seeking someone with medical device industry experience that has either sold medical devices, or hospital equipment/supplies. Documented and verifiable sales experience into Hospitals.***
Sales Skill set of Creativity and Patience selling into Hospitals, DME, and Clinics. Bachelor's degree required in the Sciences or Business. Minimum three to seven (3-7) years successful, documented medical sales experience. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing programs Completion of a professional selling skills course and evidence of execution at peak performance levels a plus. Experience selling wound care, Ostomy, and skin care products a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills Pride in excelling for a self-directed individual
