Reference Number: AJ004 Job Description: A few years of practical steel design engineering experience is considered extremely desirable. However, a degreed engineer with a familiarity of AISC steel design and AISI cold-formed steel design practices and U.S. model building codes will also be seriously considered. A working knowledge of at least one scientific computer programming language (FORTRAN, BASIC, PASCAL, C or C++, etc.) and basic software development practices is essential. Experience Level: 2 Years Requirements: Educational Background: An adequate background and understanding of structural analysis and design concepts and procedures is absolutely essential. Consequently, a bachelors degree in either civil (BSCE) or mechanical (BSME) engineering from an accredited university is mandatory
