Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing the TMS and Freight Pay applications, including end-user and batch job support.
Because of freight payment, this application is considered in-scope for SOX compliance. The highest levels of SOX compliance and reporting are absolute requirements of this position.
Types of activities performed range from security maintenance to designing and enabling new functionality and coordinating and performing software upgrades. The person in this position must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and technical support personnel.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 7 years practical IT experience
Minimum 2 years recent experience with Linux/Unix
Minimum 2 years recent experience with Oracle database - PL/SQL + knowledge of DB Admin processes
Understanding and experience with IT system development life cycle processes, specifically a rigorous promote-to-production strategy
Extremely clean SOX record, especially in the area of IT general controls
Experience working with onsite and offshore contractors
Excellent time management skills
Track record of meeting deadlines
Proven project management skills
Proficient using MS Office suite, specifically Access and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with JDA (Manugistics) TMS application
Experience with JDA (Manugistics) Freight Pay application
Experience supporting another commercial off-the-shelf software package
Experience with Transportation or other areas of Supply Chain Planning
Web development experience
