Job Description: TechnoDyne is a growing, privately held, IT Consulting Company located in Wayne, NJ. We are looking for an IT Recruiting Manager with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join the team! You will be responsible for managing a recruiting team that specializes in placing Information Technology Professionals on contract assignments (team of 10+ recruiters). In this role, you will be expected to: Provide overall leadership and management for recruiting function Day to day management of recruiting team Responsible for administration of department functions Define and execute vision for process improvement and growth Reports to Business Manager & Managing Partner Set service level expectation with Sales/Account Management team and work in collaboration with Sales/Account Management
Required Experience: Prior IT recruiting and/or recruiting management experience preferably in an IT staffing agency scenario Experience and knowledge of recruiting best practices Experience defining and implementing new recruiting processes Experience implementing recruiting automation solutions a plus Experience setting and managing performance metrics Proven leadership ability
Overall Job Responsibilities: Set and manage individual and group performance goals Manage prioritization of day to day recruiting activities Monitor quality of recruiting processes and customer experience Prepare staffing operational reports ( daily, weekly, monthly) Oversee development, implementation and updates of hiring policies and procedures for the recruiting department. Coordinate Recruiting Committee meetings and determine agenda. Oversee production of recruitment materials Hire additional recruiting staff as required. Mentor recruiting team on performance improvement and career enhancement Provide periodic performance evaluation, compensation review, etc Prepare and manage recruiting budget with Business Manager / Managing Partner Help build and maintain a large pool of reliable and *known* consultants /contractors/resources To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic, goal oriented, have the ability to multi-task, team building, enjoy building long-term candidate relationships, have excellent negotiation and follow up skills and ability to manage a team. Must possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 + years in the IT staffing or recruiting industry. Candidates with 3 to 5+ years of staffing or recruiting management experience outside of IT will also be considered. Required training will be provided. Position is for TechnoDyne*s Wayne, NJ office. No travel. Tele-commuting option is not available.
