POSITION TITLE: ORACLE DBA
LOCATION : LYNDHURST, NJ
DURATION : 6 MONTHS PLUS

Position Title : ORACLE DBA
Location : Lyndhurst, NJ
Duration : 6 months plus
DESCRIPTION:
Oracle DBA with 6 to 12 years of experience.
· Experience with Oracle 9i and Oracle 8i versions is required. Oracle 10G is a plus.
· Hands on experience in Unix shell scripting, partitioning and materialized views is a must.
· Experience in supporting decision support (DSS) and transactional (OLTP) databases.
· Experience with Oracle standby databases (Data Guard), Advanced Replication, RAC is a plus.
· Exposure to Peoplesoft administration on Oracle environments is a plus but not required.
Setup and maintain Oracle databases in DSS and OLTP environments, setup database backups, perform restores/refreshes, perform database migrations, provide 24*7 on call production support, setup alerts, database monitoring, diagnose and resolve database incidents.
