Job Description: Day-to-day responsibilities of the position:
- Person will manage the relationships between Global IT Communication Services and a number of the Infrastructure Portfolio Managers (IPMs). Encompassed in this is managing both the strategic relationship with the IPMs as well as be a dedicated project resource on all projects in that portfolio. The communication deliverables from the IPMs would include the creation of communication plans, both at the strategic and project levels, to manage all communication aspects. This is created in support of the initiatives and gives the opportunity to provide the necessary consultation to ensure that those deliverables follow the organization?s communication standards and best practices.
- Coordination and creation of all communication deliverables in support of the IPMs and their projects, which will include, but not limited to, written communications and presentations to management and customer base, review of technical documentation, creation of end user learning materials

- 'Communications manager' skills to manage and create all communication deliverables
- Written and verbal skills, including technical writing and interviewing skills and the ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment

- Customer service and relationship management skills
