Job Description: We are looking for a BA who is capable of running meetings, JAD sessions with 20 to 25 business users participating. Excellent presentation skills.
Proactive identification, scope, assessment, evaluation and support of CRM/Business Intelligence/Datawarehousing solutions, based on Functional Business Requirements, across the enterprise.
Creation and finalization of: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); Reporting Requirements and Report Templates; Functional Design Documents (FDDs); Business Data Analyses, including, but not limited to: Business Process Mappings; Business Process Models, and Business Process Questionnaires.
Experience leading and/or working as a team member to provide CRM/Business Intelligence/Datawarehousing solutions within a large corporate environment
Experience leading and/or participating in the Business Requirements process for Business Intelligence solutions within a mid-sized or large corporate environment - including the elicitation, discussion, analysis, assessment, documentation and approvals of business requirements using a structured, formal methodology. RUP / UML
Design, development and support of enterprise and/or departmental business reports
Strong, working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMSs), (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server).
Advanced level of knowledge and skills with desktop RDBMSs and spreadsheet applications, including, but not limited to Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of functional business areas, including, but not limited to: Financial Accounting; Financial Planning & Analysis
Demonstrated strong initiative, self-motivation and ability to manage efforts independently.
Strong negotiating abilities.
Formal training in the Requirements Process for Information Systems, including knowledge and experience with one or more formal requirements methodologies.
