Job Description:
TechnoDyne is a growing, privately held, IT Consulting Company located in Wayne, NJ. We are looking for an IT Recruiter (3 positions available) with 2 to 3+ years of experience to join the team! You will be part of a recruiting team that specializes in placing Information Technology Professionals on contract assignments.
In this role, you will be expected to:
1.Understand the IT needs, culture, and strategies of TechnoDyne's clients
2. Understand and analyze the job specs; effectively utilize internet job portals, networking, referrals, responses to advertisements; and user groups to identify quality technical candidates
3. Source candidates, make outbound calls to candidates within the IT field, schedule in person interviews, make follow up calls, conduct reference checks, place candidates in to jobs that fit their background and meet monthly quotas
4. To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic, goal oriented, have the ability to multi-task, enjoy building long-term candidate relationships, have excellent negotiation and follow up skills and ability to work within a team. Must possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 + years in the IT staffing or recruiting industry. Candidates with 2+ years of staffing or recruiting outside of IT will also be considered. Required training will be provided. Position is for TechnoDyne?s Wayne, NJ office. No travel.
Excellent compensation structure ? base, bonus plus commission plus benefits (Oxford health Insurance, 401(k) plan, FSA, LTD etc). Will sponsor H-1 transfers and Greencards for eligible candidates.
