Job Description:
Experienced Business/Systems Analyst to join the team of analysts working on a large-scale web-based (J2EE platform) application and and experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
About 8 + years of strong experience in Functional Design/System Analysis Capabilities.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation required.
Must have extensive experience in using Rational Tools such as Rational Rose, Rational Clear Case, Rational Clearquest, Rational RequisitePro or DOORS.
Familiarity with modeling tools such as Rational Rose or Borland Together
Must have strong experience in OOPS, Object modeling, RUP, creating Use Cases, Activity, Sequence, Collaboration, Data Flow Diagrams etc..
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the Management and different groups of the team such as Architects, Developers, Designers etc
Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills required.
Proven ability to work well independently and in a team required.
Experience in Time and Attendance systems expertise and understanding the challenges of automating schedules, overtime and leave requests, timesheets, organizational hierarchies, approval workflow, etc is a huge plus.
