Reference Number: Tech_PMSA Job Description: Description: Looking for 8 to 10 years of experienced candidate with analyst experience. Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements: Position Title : Project Manager/ System Analyst Location : Cleveland, OH Duration : 6 - 12 Months Please describe the day-to-day responsibilities of the position: ? Project Management and Project Coordination, Facilitation. Must be a seasoned individual to run various application development projects. The manager maybe required to run more than on project. ? This resource will also fill in when needed as a System Analyst. Primarily responsible is system requirements elicitation and documentation. This involves working with the Product Manager to understand the initial business rules and specifications. The analyst will participate to some extent in all phases of the software development process; however their main responsibility is for the completion of system requirements deliverables based on the Rational Unified Process. These deliverables include, but are not limited to, System Use Cases, Supplementary Requirements, and Conceptual Models. This resource MUST have big 4 consulting experience or equivalent. Effective oral and written communication is a must. Must be able to work independently. Hard Skills Required No Skill Competency 1 Facilitation Superior 2 RUP ?
