Reference Number: 200 Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced developer to join their web team and play a key role in developing and implementing enterprise web applications. Client uses cutting edge technologies including Java 6, Groovy and Grails, Hibernate, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and several Content Management Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding project requirements and implementing technical systems based on those requirements. The developer will primarily be enhancing their core framework to build and implement new capabilities in the most flexible and reusable way. Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: * 2+ years of strong server-side Java web development * 1+ year(s) solid Spring framework experience, including Spring MVC * Strong database design and ORM modeling * Experience with Hibernate and MySQL * Experience developing e-Commerce applications (a plus) * Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Knowledge of build tools such as Maven, Continuum, Cruise Control, or similar * Experienced test-driven development (JUnit, TestNG, or similar) * Experience with Linux a plus * Healthcare industry experience a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
