Job Description:
This person will oversee and manage all online marketing channels for our client?s company website, including paid search, behavioral marketing, affiliate marketing, email display advertising and other new media and channels. This person will be in charge of leading the strategy, planning, and execution of all acquisition and retention marketing programs, driving profitable traffic and revenue to website. The online marketing professional we seek is a proactive, highly analytical customer acquisition specialist, who will create, manage, track, analyze and optimize online media campaigns. This person will also oversee numerous agency and vendor relationships and be charged with identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing multiple marketing initiatives against aggressive online sales goals.

- Design, develop and implement online media strategies and plans for all performance based programs.
- Build ongoing analytics and financial reporting to ensure daily management of key metrics.
- Manage the agency relationships responsible for paid search bid optimization, email, affiliate and display advertising.
- Ensure full exploitation of all paid search opportunities including geo targeting, site targeting, day-parting, paid inclusion, etc.
- Work with product merchants and Internet team to improve integration of search engine traffic with site content and functionality to achieve desired results; acts as paid search subject matter expert and aid integration with SEO activities and programs.
- Strategize, execute and negotiate with online publishers and agencies to ensure media-effective rates and optimize online media plans that drive qualified traffic and met CPA/CPC customer acquisition objectives.
- Lead the creative development of marketing messages and landing pages to support online media programs; both internally and with external creative resources.
- Manage a team of Media Managers and Coordinators in analyzing program performance while optimizing online media campaigns, media placements and creative.
- Stay abreast of new developments and targeting opportunities in the online media space; incorporates into ongoing test plans.
- Provide solid financial budget management of all programs.

Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Quantitative Methods or related field.
7+ years of online marketing experience with a B to C e-commerce marketer, internet retailer, interactive advertising agency or paid search agency.
- Deep understanding of paid search and online media space with highly effective negotiation and contract review skills in managing CPC, CPA and CPM media based online acquisition programs.
- Superior analytical skills, a highly quantitative approach and a strong bottom line orientation.
- Must be a self starter, be self motivated with a strong desire to win.
- Experience in managing interactive media team.
