Job Description:
Will assist in the management and coordination of the assessment process and the move process for both personnel and assets of military hospitals during new construction and/or renovation. This individual will coordinate special equipment-specific moving requirements with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), subcontract as necessary with specialized moving service vendors, arrange for and oversee equipment reinstallation, certification/warranty validation testing at the new location and provide all required reports. Services include, but are not limited to the following:
? Pre-Move Planning and Preparation
? Transition Preparation
? Relocation Plan Design
? Move Execution
? Disassembly
? Packaging Materials
? Packing/Crating Loading/Unloading
? Delivery/Set Up
? Storage
? Re-assembly
? Post-Movement Operations
? Reports
? Quality Control
? Hazmat Transportation and Storage
? Removal/Disposal of Packing/crating Material
? Equipment Inventory/Accountability
? Classified/Sensitive Material
? Pack/disassemble/reassemble IM/IT Equipment
? Schedule conflict resolution

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
Requirements:
Degree in Construction or Facilities management
3-5 yrs ? Construction or Facilities Project management experience
2 yrs - Hospital facilities or hospital move management experience
3 yrs - Move Management experience
Ability to travel extensively and stay on site for project duration
