Job Description:
The Sr. Web Developer must understand both technical and functional design requirements in order to develop and support web applications and web services using Microsoft technologies. Works with business owners to gather requirements, write formal business and technical specifications, and manage projects from inception to production. Will need to understand internal business processes and how to most effectively build software to improve efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction. The candidate must also be able to architect an effective Web infrastructure and ensure optimal performance. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Internet protocols. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience developing enterprise applications with SQL Server
Minimum 2 years experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies
Minimum 3 years experience developing stored procedures, triggers, views
Minimum 2 years experience collecting requirements and writing formal functional specifications for large scale projects
Skills/Abilities:
C#
MSF or other methodologies
VB.NET
ASP.NET
Windows/Web Services
SQL Server 2000/2005, SQL reporting services
Microsoft CRM Biztalk are a plus
Notification Services ?HTML
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
Strong organizational/prioritization skills
Strong knowledge of web technologies and applications
Must have a strong working knowledge of most Internet browsers such as Microsoft Explorer and Netscape; and a variety of Internet developmental applications including JAVA, JavaScript, CGI and ASP, Visual Basic and C# (preferable 2- 3 years experience)
