Job Description:
Technical Service Manager w/Masters or foreign equiv degree in Business Admin or Finance or Marketing to Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Develop and implement procedures for identifying new vendors and their needs. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, and maintaining internal database of active consultants. Perform technical interviews to applicants in technologies like Java, J2EE, JavaScripting, HTML, XHTML, DHML, MySql, Oracle and obtain information on work history, training, education and technical skills. Build and implement strong sourcing, selection and networking strategies to hire in a cost effective environment and in an efficient manner. Pro-actively manage technical hiring demands of the business by working with resource management teams to create demand forecast and dashboards.
