Reference Number: P427T Job Description: *Oversee continuous improvement projects and be responsible for metric reporting *Lead continuous improvement projects relating to plant safety, productivity, scrap reduction and quality improvements. *Lead efforts in support of manufacturing productivity with process troubleshooting, quality improvements, training and process improvements. *Collect and analyze data to update and post plant metrics. *Act as a key resource of Production Team Leader and Maintenance and Process Improvement Manager for various improvements projects. *Provide daily/weekly production reports from production access database. Experience Level: 2 Years Requirements: *2-3 years experience processing engineering or in a complex production operations environment *BS in Engineering, Operations, or related field *Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Must be organized and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork *MS Office experience ? Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Location: Framingham MA Duration: Direct Placement Pay Rate: 50-60K
