Job Description:
*Tax planning and compliance related to US Federal, state, and international tax matters.
*Quarterly and annual FAS 109 reporting and disclosures including FIN 48, SOX 404 compliance and documentation, process improvements, and best practices for the worldwide operations.
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the tax department and lead, teach, and mentor direct
*Tax audit management focusing on US Federal, state, and Canadian tax matters including coordination and management of outside advisors.
*Cash tax forecasting.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
*US Federal and state tax technical skills (C-Corporation) and experiences with large, publicly held US-based multinational groups
*Significant experience and abilities including planning, compliance, and audit defense for US Federal and state tax matters and structures.
*FAS 109 and FIN 48 technical skills and experiences with large, publicly held US-based multinational groups.
*Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; demonstrated ability to identify and manage complex projects and support key objectives and responsibilities.
*Supervisory background
*Understanding and experience with US outbound international tax matters, structures and strategies, including Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credit, intellectual property and royalties, offshore financing structures, and repatriation techniques.
