Job Description: Our ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive individual with a drive to lead. They must be organized and possess strong analytical, communication, mentoring and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead the analysis, requirements gathering, assessment, and quality assurance testing phases (strategy; planning; design & execution) for complex project efforts.
Qualifications Include: ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a directly related field. ? At least six years professional IT and business analysis experience in the Financial Services industry. ? Direct experience in addressing new business capabilities in a Financial Institution ? Knowledge of Annuities, Fund Operations (Pricing, Trading, and Fund Performance) is a plus. ? Knowledge of Vantage is a plus. ? Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering management, including process, methodology and tools ? Demonstrated strong advocacy of, and partnership with business sponsors and stakeholders ? Experience in a matrixed team environment, working directly with business partners and technology partners across an organization.

Requirements: What are the job responsibilities?
Business analysis and requirements management: ? Participate in, and direct others (business analysts; business subject matter experts; technology resources) in the gathering, documentation, validation and prioritization of business requirements utilizing standard requirements management practices ? Translate business requirements into business specifications ? Coordinate, provide and/or assist with impact analysis assessments and BA resource estimates for project activities ? Conduct and participate in walkthroughs of requirements with business and IT team members ? Participate in detailed technical design sessions ? Ensure completion of all appropriate artifacts, including business partner signoff/authorizations ? Provide change management support for business requirements throughout the project lifecycle ? Lead and/or assist other business Analysts with analysis and requirements management activities ? Advocate, follow, and coach others in the utilization of standard practices and audit requirements for approval and maintenance of application development related documents. ? Understand /Develop detailed test conditions and supporting test plans utilizing standard test practices
