Job Description:
Responsible for managing telecommunications network engineering initiatives, supporting the implementation and integration of major network modifications,enhancements, or products or services required. Responsible for: planning,implementing, controlling and reporting of projects, with specific goals of building and delivering a project within the planned scope, schedule, cost and
quality. Works with vendors, internal and external teams to set and drive project direction. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to research, analyze and define implementation, operations, development activities required, on a per vendor, technology or feature basis including requirements from multiple internal or external groups.

Requirements:
Knowledge of project management methodology, and telecommunications network engineering; knowledge of project life cycle models, phases, and activities; knowledge of MS Project, Visio and other business applications; creative in problem mitigation and resolution; leadership and team building skills; demonstrates a high degree of accountability; demonstrated experience working with complex, highly technical content; excellent written, verbal and group
communications skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 3 years professional level experience; or 7 years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required.
Certificates/ Licenses:
Project Management Professional certification, preferred but not mandatory.
