Answers inbound phones for Short Term Disability Claims.
Consistently completes all intake process and maintains clear and accurate claim documentation. Support achievement of Virtual Call Center metrics as reported on a monthly basis .Works across boundaries to identify, share and utilize available resources. Maintains positive customer relationships with external constituents (i.e. Client, OHN staff, Attending Physicians, etc.) while managing expectations including timely resolution of inquiries. Maintains positive customer relationships with external constituents and internal departments, while managing expectations including timely resolution of inquiries Works across boundaries to identify, share and utilize available resources. Actively identifies and implements process efficiencies to increase productivity Act as subject matter expert and/or resource; identifies training opportunities for the unit. Ensure that daily activities and behaviors promote teamwork and cooperation/coordination amongst peers and other departmental personnel.
