Job Description:
Bankruptcy Specialist will be responsible for high volumes of bankruptcy affected loans. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, handling bankruptcy affected loans pursuant to investor, insurer and federal guidelines, and seeking relief from the automatic stay on non performing loans.

Requirements:
The skill set needed for this project includes the following:

Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
Good written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented people
Auditing skills Previous mortgage banking servicing experience Ability to multi-task
Familiarity with legal documents especially with regard to bankruptcy
