Job Description: Are you an entrepreneur... As a Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for proactively developing new business, opening new accounts, maintaining relationships, recruiting high quality candidates and ultimately making placements of professionals into corporations. You will be expected to source and recruit talented individuals in the Houston Metropolitan area. As a Senior Recruiter, you are responsible for full life cycle recruiting which includes leveraging various resources to source qualified candidates using internal tools, the internet and networking. As a Senior Recruiter you must be proficient in cold calling, screening candidates, screening resumes, telephone screens, interviews and closing candidates.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of five years in a recruiting role with strong presentation, closing skills and a proven track record. Experience in Oil and Gas industry and or instrumentation is a plus. Extrovert who is money-motivated and has a competitive drive with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial personality . Experience building client/candidate relationships with a consultative approach. Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships. Salary: Base pay plus commission Full Benefits
