Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for professionals seeking a receptionist/ administrative position. Our client is well established in Chicagoland area and has an opportunity with career growth potential. Qualified individuals must have at least 2 years of prior administrative experience and must be highly organized. Tasks include but are not limited to handling all phone calls, assisting 3-5 members of the office, and effectively handling all other various administrative duties around the office.

This is Temp to Hire opportunity!

Consistent punctuality and attendance

Requirements:
Requirements
*High School Diploma
*2 years receptionist or equilvalent Administrative experience
*General office skills such as typing, copying, filing, reception, etc.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Ability to type 35 WPM

Location:
Schaumburg IL

Duration:
Contract to Direct

Pay Rate:
$12.00 - $14.00
