Job Description: Patient Access Representatives / Customer Service
We are currently recruiting for a Patient Access Representative for our client, a Leading Hospital in the Chicago Area.
This position you will be working at a state of the art call center with industry leading technology at your fingertips. The position requires someone with excellent communication skills and is familiar with medical terminology. In return, you will be provided with excellent training and mentoring to help you succeed. The main responsibility of this position is to answer 80+ incoming calls and successfully direct the call in the appropriate direction. This exciting opportunity is a temporary to hire position with room for growth. The ideal candidate will commit to satisfying internal and external customers, have knowledge of scheduling, registration, billing, and insurance verification.
