Reference Number: SPA-061209-NT Job Description: JobDescription: Develop specifications, perform system design, and develop complex application programs. Implement and document complex application programs in compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Analyze moderately complex user requests, accurately size the effort, and thoroughly develop the application with minimal supervision. Responsible for developing unit and system test plans as well as performing unit and system testing of applications. Responsible for performing package implementations. Deliver accurate and timely status reports. Provides support for systems incidents including after hours support.
