Job Description:
Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is looking for a Business Analyst to fill a requirement at a customer site in Lincoln, NE. This is an assignment through April 2009 with the possibility of extension.
This position will be responsible for facilitating the 'As Is' and 'To Be' process definition and gap analysis activities for laboratory processes on the LIMS deployment project. Must have recent Biology/Chemistry experience.
Primary responsibilities include:
1) interviewing subject matter experts to identify details of existing business processes
2) documenting business processes and business/system work flows
3) facilitating meetings with cross functional teams to design new business processes and workflows
4) identifying gaps between 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes and system functionality
5) liaising with subject matter experts and technical analysts to determine gap solutions.
This position will include participation in planning for the Deployment/Remediation. This position will be based in Lincoln, NE and will report to the off-site project manager.
