Property Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Dynamic consulting firm in Oakland County is seeking a hands-on Property Tax Manager. The primary responsibility of the individual filling this position will be evaluating real estate assessments and managing real estate assessment appeals. Other responsibilities may include personal property compliance, audit defense, tax abatements and incentives. The person must have the ability to manage multiple engagements through to completion. Communication, initiative, client management, project management, supervisory, critical thinking and time management skills are a must. Responsibilities include working with other team members to execute various services throughout the United States.

Skills Required to be considered:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
- Experience with real estate appeals at the local and/or state level preferred
- 5+ years experience in the property tax field
- 1 year experience in property tax consulting strongly desired
