Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position: Associate Operations Analyst
Description Responsible for the data input, processing and maintenance of national databases. Responsible for providing assistance in the execution of specific assignments within operations investigations. Assists in the Division?s assignments within operations investigations. Assists in the Division?s monitoring of Area gross profit variance, installed cost breakdowns, revenue forecasts, gross margins and other critical external issues. These positions are only seasonal and are not guaranteed a fulltime perm position.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Edits field operations reports, supervises data entry and maintains integrity of national databases. 2. Prepares scheduled statistical reports and graphs. 3. Processes and analyzes returned questionnaires from field surveys. 4. Furnishes custom reports through analysis of resident databases. 5. Assists in Installation investigations as directed by Supervisor. 6. Responsible for monitoring and reporting of at least one of the following: gross profit variance, gross margins, installed cost breakdowns or revenue forecasts.
Experience Level: 3 Years
Requirements: Skills Required to be considered: - Accuracy - Self Starter - Proficient communication skills - Highly proficient analytical skills - Knowledge of excel (extensive - proficient at v-lookups, pivot tables) - Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time - Attention to Detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team (after the candidate has been trained, the candidate should be a self starter) - Willing to learn new tasks - Hours 7:30am to 4:30am (with the understanding overtime could be requested) - Strong Organizational skills
3 to 4 years accounting / inventory accounting preferably experience in a manufacturing environment - strong analytical and account reconciliation abilities. 2 year Associates degree in Accounting or 4 year BBA-Accounting degree
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or a technical field. 2. Training in statistical analysis and computer usage. 3. Good oral and written communication skills
