ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide process design, implementation, and COTS configuration, including integration, custom scripting, and application development within a BPM systems environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical applications that provide the most effective business solutions for clients.
Work closely with business process owners and process engineers in requirements gathering activities to validate, develop, and sustain the applications.
This position may require travel to Washington, DC.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Top Secret Clearance Required
3+ years of experience with developing .NET Web applications with C# and XML
2+ years of experience with developing database connectivity, including ODBC and JDBC
6+ months of experience with using Metastorm BPM tool
BA or BS degree
Experience with implementing medium to large-scale applications
Experience with document management, records management, and imaging
Experience with the Metastorm BPM toolset
Experience with XML and XSL Experience with Web services and service-oriented architecture
Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements using standard business process modeling methodologies
