Job Description:
One of Massachusetts premiere independent insurance agencies is seeking motivated sales representatives for their offices in various locations in north and west suburban Boston.

Our client is looking for candidates that have a high degree of motivation, a desire to succeed, great communication skills and a willingness to work hard. The job of the sales reps is to sell or produce business that will help the agency to grow and prosper. The focus of this role is selling commercial insurance products to small, 'main street' companies. The company will support this position by providing guidance from experienced sales professionals, training and sponsoring licensing exams.

Experience Level:
Entry Level

Requirements:
As a sales rep's client base grows their earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned commission. The starting salary will be in the mid $30k range. Sales reps will also receive a commission program. Hired sales reps will attend training for 6 months. The long term earnings opportunity is approaching or exceeding six figures. This is an ideal sales career entry level opportunity
