Job Description:
Financial Analyst - 35 to 55K depending on experience; Mayfield, OH - No relo; No sponsorship

Assists with projections, forecasts, budgets, reporting and special projects. Generates analyzes and distributes a variety of reports and analyses which are vital to decision making processes for both Senior Management and Field Management.

Classification: Full time, Exempt

Key Result Areas:

Assists with annual budget preparation

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the annual budget.
?X Collect and analyze historical data for the budgeting process (payroll, provider production and collections, P&L historical data)
?X Maintain integrity and control totals in budget files
?X Assist in the preparation and maintenance of balance sheet and cash flow budget and analysis

Weekly/Monthly Reporting

?X Compiles, analyzes, and distributes weekly and monthly reporting and analyses.
?X Collects, sorts, and analyzes data.
?X Follows up on missing and incorrect data or outliers.
?X Monitors cash collection and disbursement trends
?X Prepares weekly analysis of cash sources and uses
?X Calculates/Maintains bonus calculations and accruals
?X Special projects as necessary

?X Two to four years of Financial Analysis experience
?X Solid understanding of financial statements and their interrelationships
?X Willingness to think independently and ask questions
?X Working knowledge of basic financial and data analysis software such as Excel, Access and Crystal Reports. Great Plains a plus.
?X Ability to learn new software packages as appropriate
?X Ability to communicate, build strong professional relationships and work effectively with all levels of associates from Field staff to Senior Management
?X Ability to manage multiple assignments
?X Ability to work effectively under deadlines and changing priorities
?X Ability to work both independently and as a team member
?X Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions
?X Ability to treat confidential information appropriately

Education and/or Training:

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus.
