Job Description: Account Manager

This position necessitates a person having a broad business perspective in the business world preferably with some IT experience as a business or systems analyst. The role is classic commission sales in nature (85% inside sales).
The role will include some of the following activities?.
Engage in client development activities.
Regularly call on prospective clients at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services
Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties.
Advise client on solutions.
Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities, identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls, attending seminars and networking events.
